Property Description
The Waisner Creek property is very productive, scenic, and private. It is located in the sparsely populated area of eastern Sheridan County, Wyoming, in the Powder River valley just north of Arvada. Its use is consistent with how most of the land in this area is used - primarily for grazing livestock, raising hay, and sometimes for growing small grains. Access to it is via an unmaintained, dry-weather county road, so a new owner would likely want to improve it if they chose to live there. Pronghorn antelope are the primary big game animal, and also some mule deer.
