Property Description
The Rosie Draw Ranch consists of 875 +/- deeded acres located in the Powder River Breaks of northeast Wyoming. The property is benefitted by great interior roads and has several potential cabin sites. The sporadic to densely covered timbered grazing land is located only 50 miles north of Gillette, Wyoming and can be access year-round from Bitter Creek Road, a maintained county road. The ranch has historically benefitted from coalbed methane production and as a result there is a mix of single-phase and three-phase electrical power available. This area is well-known for its big game hunting and the ranch supports populations of elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, and antelope.
