Going into its fifth decade, T P has a good solid membership base and is still one of the most unique type organizations in the Western U.S.A. It is a wonderful place to ride, hike, fish, relax, etc. For many years, it was a fully functional Guest Ranch operation. In 1973, it was purchased and converted to a condominium type property consisting of 26 members, who each owned a cabin and held a 1/26th undivided interest in the common property. This common property consists of approximately 700 acres of deeded land, support buildings, corrals, etc. The Ranch is located along Tepee Creek approximately 20 miles Southwest of Sheridan, Wyoming, at an elevation of 7,200 feet. There are 3 private lakes for trout fishing, along with miles and miles of riding/hiking/biking, ATV trails through the adjacent million acres of the Bighorn National Forest. The place is intentionally kept in its rustic state, but always in good workable condition throughout. As long as these amenities are cared for, the place should keep providing a safe and fun environment for many years to come. As a young member once said: "It is one of the best places on Earth."
