There is an older set of corrals and a smaller granary, both located in an area that would make a very nice building site. The views from this location are awesome and the topography appears well-suited for building. It's been a while since any livestock have used the property, but it would make a great small acreage cattle and/or sheep operation, or even an equestrian operation would do well there. Farmland (63.1± ac) The property has 3 separate hay-producing fields that are irrigated using gated pipes and water from the Midvale Irrigation District. The simple fact is that it is next to and overlooking Boysen Reservoir, and it enjoys the viewshed protection of the State Park to the north.
